      Online purchase

      We refund items purchased at regular price! Simply write to us and specify your order number, and we will give you a return authorization. here

      You have 10 days after receiving your purchase to return it. 

      You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

      Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged within 10 days of receipt. You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return and for the exchanged item.

      The following items do not meet our return criteria and cannot be exchanged or refunded:

      • — Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
      • — Items with labels removed or missing
      • — Boots and shoes (or other items) without their original box
      • — Free gifts and gift cards

      Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.

      We are not responsible for lost packages.

      If you have selected boutique pickup, you can receive a refund or store credit when you pick up your order. Your purchase will be ready on the same day, and you have 10 days to pick it up. 

       If you have received a defective item:

      We take great care with our merchandise, which is checked before shipment. However, in the event of a defective item, please contact our customer service department within a maximum of 10 days following the date of shipment. here. If we can send you the same item again, we will do so at our expense. If we no longer have this item, we will refund you upon receipt of the defective item.

      DELIVERY 

      Deliveries are made by Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS and are made Monday through Friday. Please note that your package will leave the Mont-Royal post office and go to a sorting center in Ville Saint-Laurent. If you are in a neighboring area, we encourage you to pick up your order in store.
      The delivery time is a maximum of 5 business days.

       Sales taxes:

      Purchases delivered to Quebec are subject to applicable Quebec sales taxes. There are several differences for purchases delivered to other Canadian provinces. At checkout, the applicable taxes for your province will be added to your purchase.

      Availability of items:

      Our team always does its best to keep our online inventory up to date. However, if an error occurs and the item(s) ordered online become unavailable, we will refund you as soon as possible.
