We'll refund your purchase at the regular price! Simply write to us and specify your order number and we'll give you a return authorization. here
You have 10 days following receipt of your purchase to return it.
Return shipping is at your expense.
Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged within 10 days of receipt. Shipping costs for the return and the exchanged item are at your expense.
The following items do not meet our return criteria and cannot be exchanged or refunded:
- - Items that have been worn, washed or damaged
- - Items with labels removed or missing
- - Boots and shoes (or other) without original box
- - Free gifts and gift cards
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of error on our part.
We are not responsible for lost packages.
If you have selected a pick-up at boutique, you can get your money back or a credit note when you pick up. Your purchase will be ready the same day, and you have 10 days to pick it up.
If you have received a defective item:
We take great care to our merchandise, it is controlled before shipping. However, in the case of a defective item, please contact our customer service within 10 days of the date of delivery. here. If we can send you the same article, we will at our expense. If we no longer have the item we will refund you as quick as we receive back the defective item.
SHIPPING (Canada only)
Deliveries are made with Canada Post or Ups and run from Monday to Friday. Your package will leave the post office on mont-royal for a sorting center in ville Saint-Laurent. If you live in an adjacent neighborhood, we encourage in-store pickup.
Delivery takes a maximum of 5 working days.
Sales tax:
Purchases delivered in Quebec are subject to the sales taxes applicable in Quebec. For other Canadian provinces, at the time of payment, the taxes applicable to your province will be added to your purchase.
Product availability:
Our team always does its best to keep our inventory online, however, if an error occured and item(s) ordered becomes unavailable, we will refund you as soon as possible.
