      We offer refunds on items purchased at the regular price! Just contact us and provide your order number, and we’ll issue a return authorization. here

      You have 10 days from the date you receive your purchase to return it. 

      You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

      Sale items are non-refundable but may be exchanged within 10 days of receipt. You are responsible for the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement item.

      The following items do not meet our return criteria and cannot be exchanged or refunded:

      • — Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
      • — Items with tags removed or missing
      • — Boots and shoes (or other items) without their original box
      • — Free gifts and gift cards

      Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made a mistake.

      We are not responsible for lost packages.

      If you selected boutique pickup, you can receive a refund or a store credit when you pick up your order. Your purchase will be ready the same day, and you have 10 days to pick it up. 

       If you have received a defective item:

      We take great care with our merchandise, which is inspected before shipment. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service department within 10 days of the shipment date. here. If we can reship the same item to you, we will do so at our expense. If we no longer have that item in stock, we will refund you as soon as we receive the defective item.

      DELIVERY 

      Deliveries are made via Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS and are processed Monday through Friday. Please note that your package will be shipped from the Mont-Royal post office to a sorting center in Saint-Laurent. If you live in a neighboring area, we recommend in-store pickup.
      Delivery takes up to 5 business days.

       Sales taxes:

      Purchases shipped to Quebec are subject to applicable Quebec sales taxes. For purchases shipped to other Canadian provinces, the applicable taxes for your province will be added to your order at checkout.

      Product availability:

      Our team always does its best to keep our online inventory up to date; however, if an error occurs and the item(s) you ordered online become unavailable, we will refund you as soon as possible.
