      We refund items purchased at the regular price! Simply write to us and specify your order number and we will give you a return authorization. here

      You have 10 days from the date of receipt of your purchase to return it. 

      Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

      Sale items are not refundable but can be exchanged within 10 days of receipt. Return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the exchanged item are your responsibility.

      The following items do not meet our return criteria and cannot be exchanged or refunded:

      • — Worn, washed, or damaged items
      • — Items with removed or missing tags
      • — Boots and shoes (or other items) without their original box
      • — Free gifts and gift cards

      Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.

      We are not responsible for lost packages.

       If you received a defective item:

      DELIVERY 

      Deliveries are made via Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS and are processed Monday through Friday. Your package will leave the post office on Mount Royal and be sent to a sorting center in Ville Saint-Laurent. If you live in a neighboring area, we encourage in-store pickup.
      The delivery time is a maximum of 5 working days.

       Sales tax:

      Purchases delivered in Quebec are subject to Quebec sales tax. Several differences apply to purchases delivered to other Canadian provinces; at checkout, the taxes applicable to your province will be added to your purchase.
